Competitive Upgrade

I am pretty new to this process - how many days go by typically before someone from Parallels responds?

I've had posts where they have never responded. But I think in this case the non-answer could be interpreted as "No".
 
It certainly makes the decision easier...and I am not even sure why I am considering this given people's frustration with having purchased a full version of 3.0 with certain features that were promised and not delivered - and then having to pay for the 4.0 upgrade.

I will stick with VMWare...it is clear as an owner that they care about us as customers. I was willing to give 4.0 a try since I am enjoying the trial, but not at this cost.
