Conflict between Worden's Stockfinder software and Parallels Coherence mode

Please provide more information about your problem. Based on your feedback, its truly difficult to understand the problem. Stockfinder application is not something extremely common.
1) What version of the software do you use and do you know if it's possible to get a trial version for our labs? At least provide direct link to the software vendor.
2) How exactly does your problem reproduce? Provide some screenshots if possible, steps that we can use to reproduce it.
3) Problem Report ID (Help -> Report a problem) will definitely help us a lot to analyze system logs and configuration
The less details you provide, the harder for us to provide you assistance.

I am using Parallels 5 for Mac Pro (8 core), Build 5.0.9220. You can get a 30 day free trial of Worden's Stockfinder here:

I also use Worden's Telechart. Telechart works fine in coherence mode.

Stockfinder which needs Microsoft's .NET Passport 3.5 does not. It usually generates a wuauclt.exe. But this time did not. Instead it generated a Win32 exception. I have a pic of the error but your web site only accepts URL's of pics and does not allow me to browse my desktop and load the image directly.

Same Problems
I use TeleChart and and I am getting wuauclt.exe and Win32 Services notices.
For me the software Telechart works, but slowly--it takes approximately 6.1 seconds for a Note for a particular stock to appear.
Also, the Kaspersky Internet Update is constantly running, as is a Windows update, which never seems to fully download.
I cannot reinstall Parallels Tools or Kaspersky Internet Security.

Continuing nightmare with Parallels
I have found that if I stop Kapersky anti virus my Worden Stockfinder program will run in coherence mode. I am also contantly getting the wuauclt.exe and Win32 Services notices. Today, Parallels updated attempted an automatic update of the Tools feature of Parallels and it crashed. My Tools are gone. When I attempt to reinstall Tools, Parallels VM hangs up. Now I have no coherence mode. My Stockfinder won't work. This product has never worked as advertised by this company. I bought the copy I use on my 8 core Mac Pro from an Apple store. I am very unhappy with the product.

I kept getting the wuauclt.exe error messages and couldn't get Win XP to load properly. A help session with Parallels Support got me up and running. Thank Goodness.
But when I downloaded and installed Kaspersky Internet, Parallels crashed. I forced Kaspersky to quit, and since then I haven't had any problems, so far. Try it. It might work for you too.
But I agree with you. This version of Parallels is the worst. It is fragile and undependable and scary. On my MBP I never had a single problem with Parallels 3 or 4, but yesterday I had to deal with a crash with version 5. If I continue to have problems with version 5, I will revert back to 4, until they get this thing right.
