Connect to term. server with desktop icon

Maby a dumb question ...

Is it possible to connect with a desktop icon to terminal server with 2x application server.(application publishing) Like citrix.
So that the user does not see the (normal) terminal desktop ?
This option is a must for us.

Yes this is possible. Once you publish the applications you want your users to have access to (example, Word, Excel, etc) they can have icons for these on their desktops and once they click on them all the see is the application window itself and NOT the TS desktop. Exactly like Citrix.
