Connect to VDI host via Active Directory account

Hi there!

I have some problem with setting 2X-XG.
Authentication of application server was setup via AD domain (screen 1).

When i try connect to VDI host from 2X client with local windows account - then i have no problems and it works fine.
When i try connect via AD account - i see an error:

Code [01/00000005]

A specific machine was not found. Please inform your system administrator.

This happend only if i try to connect via AD account.

2X log:

Information 0E/00000000 Tue Feb 18 13:52:45 2014 Session login for user: user@domain, from IP: 192.168.12.34:59941 was successful.

Hi thanks for your post

A "Code [01/00000005]" from the 2X Client most of time means there is a connectivity issue from the 2X Client machine to the guest which you're trying to access. You can use the windows telnet tool to verify this in the command prompt from the 2X Client machine:

i.e. telnet <Guest IP Address> <RDP Port>
Example: telnet 192.168.20.3 3389

So, if i try to connect to RDP via mstsc - then all ok. Port 3389 is open. This problem happens onli if i connect via 2x client.

Hi Guys,

We have the same error message. I have deployed 3 desktops. If I starts the client I can see the 3 desktops. Would i connect one, I get the error message.
Regadles of wich connection type I dry (Gateway, direct, direc SSL).

Via telnet from the client I get a connection to the app server and the vm to port 3389. From app server to the client also.

Whats the problem? What can I do?
