Connecting OSX Chrome to Visual Studio 2015 IIS Express Web App

    I've tried a handful of things including opening up the firewall, creating a DNS entry on the OSX side that maps to a name in the IIS Express configuration, and many more.

    I'm using Parallels 11 trial and Windows 10.

    Is there any walk-thru on setting this up? It seems this should be relatively simple but it's been very painful and most of the tuts I find are for older versions.
