Running parallels 19 in Sonoma, with a VM also running Sonoma (test setup). Connecting a USB device with the "prlsrvctl usb set" command appears to complete successfully. The device, however, never connects (i.e. is not visible from within the VM) and prlsrvctl usb list shows it is not connected (Connected-To-Vm: NO). A restart of the VM (nor a restart of Parallels) did not have any effect.

Needless to say that lack of USB connectivity renders parallels useless. So how do I make this connection happen?

    Hello,
    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID
    Regards,
