Connection Failed to Server

I'm trying to connect to the test 2X Application servers but none of the Macs or iPhones can connect to it with the 2X app.

Both servers are running Windows 2008R2 Datacenter.
(no clustering/load balancing) One is a local virtual server, the other is an Amazon AWS instance.

There is no domain on either server.

The RDP connections are working perfectly and there are green checkmarks by the Terminal Server. So something is working properly. But I must have missed something...

The test application is Firefox.
I'm looking to load Office 2013 on the server next, but that's for another day.

Screenshot attached is the detail of the failed connection.

Please advise.
 
Hi

When specifying the Connection from the 2X client, are you selecting 'Standard RDP' please? Kindly ensure that the ip address, Port (3389 standard) and credentials are correct for your server.
 
@i7sora: It looks as if you are trying to use a 2X Published Application. In that case, the connection needs to be a a 2X ApplicationServer XG connection.

What are the versions of the server and the client that you are using?
Also, can you successfully connect to the server from your test client machine using a Standard RDP Connection?
