Constant Error Window "You need to restart this virtual machine"

I've upgraded to Parallels 15, running windows 10. I am using an iMac 2017, running Catalina 10.15.1. When I open my VM it gives me an error message window ""You need to restart this virtual machine", this is required to apple the changes made during thelatest Parallels Tolsl Update". I restart and get the same message. Any ideas?

Hi, please try to reset your vm and let us know if it doesn't help.

I'm experiencing the same issues every time I start and shut down the windows vm. I've reset the vm and reintalled parallels tools and the issue persists.
