Parallels crashes nearly every time Mac sleeps, literally several times per day. Sometimes it takes down the host OS.

I have a similar situation. OS Catalina 10.15.7, MacBook Pro (15 inch, 2018), 2.9 Ghz 6-Core Intel i9, 32 GB memory, Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB.
I had a similar crash as above. In addition, the Mac HOST network (wired and wireless goes offline) when parallels is running. Sometimes when the Mac goes to sleep and sometimes when it's running normally. I run two Windows 10 VM's under Parallels 17.0.1. I run the VM's in shared network configuration. When the Mac HOST OS network locks up, the VM's still work. If I shut down the VM's, then the MAC HOST OS network recovers in ~5 minutes after the parallels machines are shut down.
 
Everyday I get at least one crash, looks like it's always after Mac sleeps or perhaps screensaver

Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac V17.0.1 (51482)
macOS Big Sur 11.5.2

Will update to OSX 11.6 later today and see if it changes anything.
 
Hi, For me the same: OS Catalina 10.15.7, when the Mac goes to sleep mode, Windows crashes (I get a black screen with a blue triangle button that doesn't respond). I have to close and restart again.
Any suggestions?

I have the same issue under parallels 17 on Big Sur with same divide by zero error in same place. Always when resuming from sleep.
This is extremely annoying! I am sure we are not the only ones having this issue. Hopefully It will be rectified soon. If not I will be forced to go back to parallels 16 which does not seem to have this issue.

They reached out to me and said to ensure that you have granted Parallels Desktop Full Disk Access in System Prefs | Security and Privacy | Privacy (tab) | Full Disk Access. Then reinstall Tools. Didn't work for me buy YMMV.
