Control Alt Delete

I need to use Parallels on my MacBook Pro to log into a domain at work. It requires that I hit the key combination <Control> <Alt> <Delete> before being presented with the user id and password dialogues.

When using an external keyboard, I can use the <Delete> key under the <Help> key but the <Delet> key under <F13> does not work. On the Laptop keyboard itself, I get no response when using the <Control> <Alt> <Delete> at all.

Help!

This question has been asked and answered several times on the forums. In a nutshell, you can either press control, alt, fn, delete in exactly that order on a laptop, or you can use the send keys menu option on the VM menu to send ctrl-alt-del.
