Conversion from VMWare crashes my MacBook

Hi.
I have decided to give it a try and purchased Parallels Pro license. Now, every time I try to convert my VMWare Windows 10 VM to Parallels, my MacBook crashes at about 4% of conversion. I am using this command in the Terminal:

/Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_convert /Users/xxx/Virtual\ Machines.localized/Windows_10.vmwarevm --no-reconfig --no-src-check

Please advise, how this could be fixed.

could you collect the tech report once the issue reproduced and post it here please?
