When converting a working vmware 2 vm you get this message from Parallels Transporter:
No Operating system is installed on the virtual hard disks or Transporter is unable to make the OS bootable. the disks will be migrated to Parallels virtual data disks.
Is this a released product or am I paying for a "beta privilege"?
I cannot activate my purchased version (support tickets open - but no response from support).
Is there a refund process clearly outlined? I am ready to chuck this in once and for all and stick with vmware now.
