Copy information from guest to host and vice versa.

Version 1940 Parallels Tools has a feature to copy information to the guest buffer and then past it into the host buffer in order to then put in in a host program. Can anyone tell me exactly what steps to take to copy words in Word from the guest (WinXP with Office) to the OSX host (Word)?

In WinXP Word, select what you want to copy. Use control-C to copy it. Switch to OS X Word, put your cursor where you want to paste. Use Apple-V to paste it.
