corrupted hdd in PVM

Bit poster
I cant access to my virtual hdd file.
I tried to make a new virtual and conect the hdd file but i get a problem.
The file have read and write permissions bu it's write that i have custom access...
Parallels 9
osx 10.9.3
The virtual machine have Windows 7 32 bit.
need help!!!!

This is what happend when i start the virtual machine:
"The bundle does not contain a valid Parallels virtual machine."
