Cortana "Interests aren't available at the moment"

Hello,

I've been using Parallels 11 with Windows 10 for a couple of weeks but recently Cortana stopped working showing the dialogue "Go ahead and tell me to do something. Interests aren't available at the moment" . I can search using it, but the notebook doesn't work and every time I try to load any category from it, it would display this : " We can't get to your notebook info at the moment. Make sure you're connected to the internet before trying again. "
If anyone knows how to fix this, I'll be thankful!

Hi, we would suggest you to switch the network mode Shared <-> Bridged from Action (from mac menu bar)->Network 1 and if the issue persists, please follow the steps to enable spoken commands option which is in Parallels Desktop Preferences.
1. Be sure that "Enable spoken commands" option is checked in Parallels Desktop Preferences.
2. At the Windows search bar type "Cortana"
3. Select Cortana & Search settings
4. Turn on "Let Cortana respond to "Hey Cortana" option.

Hi,
So I tired above and no changes. The internet connection works, it's just the Notebook in particular that doesn't.
