Could not access network location

Bit poster
I am running parallels 3.0 for Mac Build 5608. I am trying to install an application into XP and everytime I try to run the installer I get:

Could not access network location \\.PSF\.home\desktop

All my other network features seem to work fine. I have been trolling the forums for answers and have changed around my network connections quite a few times so I'm not sure what my latest settings are.
