Hallo to all in the forum,

I've installed a Debian 3.1 Webserver (noX) in Parallels for testing purposes. Everything work fine, but with a CPU load between 96 an 100%. HTOP in the virtual Machine shows 100% but there are no processes that will provocate such a heavy load. The same configuration is running on a production machine in the internet without the heavy loads.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks a lot
    Andreas

    My Configuration:
    Parallels 3 Build 5584
    MacBookPro 2.4 Ghz 4GB RAM
    Leopard 10.5.2 with all updates

I'm noticing the same thing every time I try to put my Fedora 8 VM into fullscreen mode. The system monitor suddenly jumps up to 100% and stays there, rendering my VM unusable. If I put the VM in single window mode, then it's fine, but this is annoying since there still is no dynamic screen resolution in Fedora (hint, hint).

    Configuration:
    Parallels 3.0 build 5584
MacBook Pro Core Duo 2.16 GHz 2 GB RAM
    Mac OS X 10.4.11
