I am running Parallels v3.0 build 5582 and for some reason in Windows XP VM the CPU Usuage is always spiked at 100% even with after just booting up and no applications running. Looking at the processes the svchost is usually running at 90%, I have ran a virus scan to verify the virtual machine is clean, then disabled and additional services however it is still always pegged at 100%.
It seems to cause my programs to run slow in the VM and it use to not do this, I am not sure if it started after upgrading to Leopard or upgrading to Parallels v3.0. Any suggestions?
