Crash after Update

I use Parallels Desktop Pro 16.1.1-49141 on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
After Update to 16.1.2 Parallels can't start and crashes.
The information links, for help showed me, what to do, but nothing works, parallels was destroyed. Old version install also ended with crash on starting parallels.
After reinstall my Mac from my cloned Safety-Disk, als runs well, also Parallels, but after installing prallels update again, the same result, Crash. I sended chrash report, but paralles do not answer.

Carefull with this Update!!!

PS: Contact to paralles via email is not possible??? Yeah facebook and twitter, great, i don't use this.
 
Here's the solution. Extremely Easy!
Turns out that just putting /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagementin in your trash fixes it, as it is recreated when needed!!!
P.S.
I'm really pissed that Parallels has been so incompetent, when such a simple solution exists. How could you not know this? Shameful! Yes we have a Covid situation, but if your going to send out updates make sure THEY WORK!

I fixed it with this method.
Easiest way, start mac from an extern drive and delete the /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagementin.
Then restart from intern drive and all works fine!
