I installed the software yesterday. It is very fast and promising, but it has allready caused my computer to crash 4 times (3 times it simply shut down and rebooted itself, once there was the black half-transparent screen saying I had to turn of my mac). This is so scary that I hesitate to use the software before another beta is published. I only have the crash file for one of the instances. What email adress can I send it to?

I had the same crashes as you described. And it screwed up my Filesysten in a way that system files were missing so mail und safari non longer worked (didn't investigate any further, but fsck in single user mode didn't fix this).
Had to reinstall OS X - not so funny, esp. as I don't know what other data got corrupted.
I'll wait for the next beta, before I do anything else.
I was told to send the crash report to reports@parallels.com, I guess that will be fine for you as well
