I have an old windows NT system that has alot of specialty software and data installed. I've removed the hard drive and want to convert the entire windows setup on this drive into a VM that I can store and boot via parallels on my OS X system. I essence I want to clone the drive onto a bootable VM in Parallels. Can anyone direct me to any documentation on how to do this?

I would just backup the data but the data itself is useless without the special software to run it. Odds are this VM will just sit there as a backup of sorts but being able to access and run the software is required if the data is revisited in the near future.

    thanks
