Crystal Start Menu

I've just upgraded to Parallels 5 from 4, running a MacBook Pro and Windows XP. For some reason, when I right-click on the icon when in Crystal mode, I'm not getting the Windows StartMenu - any thoughts?
 
Just to add, when in coherence mode, when I hit the start menu icon in the dock, the start menu does not open either. not even using the Win key will do it.

could you please try to left-click on the Crystal mode icon and choose "Windows Start Menu" from the menu appeared.
Would it show Windows XP start menu?

Hi Ivan. I had tried that to no avail, but I have solved my problem - it was my own fault: I had previously adjusted the Windows registry to disable to the left Apple (Win) key because I got sick of the start menu being invoked every time I APPLE+TAB to another app. I reset the registry setting and voila it's all good now. Sorry to have bothered you and I am loving version 5 with no problems :)
