Ctrl+Shift+Mouse button does not work

I need to use Ctrl+Shift+mouse buttons for a CAD software.
Can somebody help me achieve this combination?

Half of the problem is solved. Ctrl+Shift+mouse key combinaton works but left and right buttons has the same functionality, where I need them distinct.
How did I solved up to here: Settings > Hardware > Keyboard > Optimize for games

Hi, go to Virtual Machine Configuration > Hardware > Mouse & Keyboard and set Mouse to 'Don't Optimize for games' & check how it goes.

Try reinstalling Parallels Tools steps followed.
Open Parallels Desktop preferences > Shortcuts > OS X System Shortcuts > set an option to Always and then check how it works.
