CTRL+SHIFT+Mouse wheel

    Hi,
    I have problem in parallesl 10 (host OS is windows 8.1) and when I try use keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+Mouse wheel nothing happen.-
    I am using it in visual studio for scrooling.
    any idea how to make it work? thanks ;)
