curly brace not available anymore

Alt+Number (AltGr) suddenly not available anymore

hi, im using parallels for coding with flashdevelop under windows.

since yesterday suddenly the ALT+8 for writing curly braces like {} doesn't work anymore.
and no other combintion of ALT+anyNumericKey doesn't work since then. when i use this combination some failure sound appears. i think its a failursound of windows like pressing an not supported key

does somebody know how to fix this?

on this site you find a download link for a keybord layout for windows thats like 1:1 with the mac one. thanks to peter rehm.!!!
