Cursor Flickers in Vista

I'm running the latest version of Parallels for the Mac and in Vista under a virtual machine, the cursor seems to flicker whenever it is showing the busy icon next to the standard cursor. Anyone having the same problem or a fix for it?

Please try to reinstall Parallels Tools: Run windows after updating-> uninstall Parallels Tools in Windows using standard uninstall procedure ("Control Panel" -> "Programs and Features") -> install new Parallels Tools from the Actions menu on the Mac menubar-> reboot VM.
