I had this problem with Parallels 2.5, and it continues with my newly installed 3.0. 1. Tooltips don't appear when they should. 2. Application menus don't work correctly - they don't pull down when I move the mouse over them. I have to click the mouse down to pull down a menu, and click again to select a menu item. 3. The cursor doesn't change shape when it should - to an I-beam for text editing, for example.
