Custom Paper Size for 2x Universal Printer

Some local printers are not redirected by the Universal Printer in the ApplicationServer XG build 1166. When I check the 2x client log file I see this error about the paper size for the missing printer:

[T 08/00000000] Wed Oct 26 14:29:29 2011 - Collecting printer info for: ITherm280
[W 08/00000000] Wed Oct 26 14:29:30 2011 - Printer: ITherm280, has not system or custom paper sizes defined and can't be redirected

Our application prints to receipt printers with narrow page widths. As far as I can tell the local driver does define custom paper sizes.

How can I get this printer redirected back to the local workstation? I've also had reports of label printers not being redirected. Not being able to print to custom page sizes will prevent us from migrating to XG.
 
rev, i would suggest to open a ticket so that support can check the specific printers you are using
 
Was a solution over presented for this?

Currently using 2X RDP client V12.0 build2212.

I have selected redirect vendor paper sizes.

Receipt previews perfectly but what prints is tiny and completely unreadable.

How do we set custom paper sizes? Can you direct me to any documentation?
