Tools are a bit inconsistent in their behaviours, some sit on the Toolbox Dashboard, some can be in the menu bar. It would make sense to clean up the dashboard for better usability as follows: 1. Tool icons should have a visual indicator of some kind to show they can be (or are currently) added to the menubar 2. Tool icons should be able to be viewed in LIST and TILE view as per the Library 3. Should be able to disable the 'recently used' section to clean up the Dashboard Doesn't seem like a lot, but I think it would make the tools (and the dashboard) a little more intuitive.
