Dashboard not seeing Subscription after purchase via Apple Subscriptions

    Good Day

    I subscribed to the yearly subscription but cant find the license key. I have confirmation that the money went through and it is under my active subscriptions when viewing on my iPhone.

    When logging into my parallels account via browser it does not see the subscription and asks me to purchase.
    Please assist
