Hi, got a digital keychain and have installed the driver into Windows XP running on a Mac Pro 2ghz. Every time I connect the keychain, Windows says 'Found new device: Photoviewer' then it says 'Windows could not load the installer for Image' - consequently, I can't upload pictures to it.
