Delete Windows 10 and start over?

I mistakenly tried to install Windows 10 as 64 bit. Actually, it's 32 bit. I've been watching the spinning ball in the "Install Windows 10" window for over an hour. Could it be due to that error? Can I uninstall Windows 10, assuming it's partly installed, and start over?

Yes, you can uninstall Windows 10 64 bit installed on Parallels Desktop and install Windows 10 32 bit.
Stop the current installation of Windows 10.
Here is how you can uninstall(remove) Windows 10 64 bit from Parallels Desktop.
