Just to let PD team know ( reported same issue via bug report option) When PGt for windows installed on PDbeta16.3 (mac-m1), display driver won't update the picture upon os boot. I've found a workaround - disable|enable cycle for virtual videocard in device-manager (via rdp) or just leave it disabled before shutting down vm on next boot it will use efi framebuffer driver for output, then PD adapter can be enaled and everything works ok, until next reboot cycle
