Deleting an account that was created using a Gsuite login

    Hello All,
    I wanted to transfer my existing account from one email to another. However I by accident created a new account under the new email address using the gsuite login. When I attempted to delete the account, it requires me to provide a password, which I never made one in the first place.

    So how do you delete an account which never had a password set in the 1st place?

  2. Hello, please share with us your Parallels Account email address via the private message. We can delete it and change your old Parallels Account email address to the new one if you would like to.
