deleting an account

    Hi ErikScam,

    Parallels Access does not have a separate account but is another product that will reside in your current My Account.

    I did it three days ago (in a conversation), but still no response. Not to mention: You, or any other support specialist doesn't ask for an e-mail address from the previous customers as I see. Perhaps, the company's support team does know the customers personal data which is given in the registration form -- including mine. Hope to delete my account (and these two posts) before long. Thank you. György
