Deleting, And Re-Installing Question, Please

    Hello,

    Running Parallels on an iMac.
    All sorts of problems with. Speed is incredibly slow, and also other "hang-ups".

    Have decided that the best, probably, approach for me
    at this time is to totally delete it, and re-install it.

    a. How do I totally un-install it ?

    b. I purchased the package (no DVD) when I purchased the iMac a few months ago.
    Any potential license problems, etc. if I want to reinstall it, using the same Activation Key I used
    the first time ?

    c. Anything else I should be asking re re-installing, and re-activating ?

    a. Do you want to uninstall Parallels Desktop and remove Windows virtual machine?
    b. Let us know which package you are mentioning, is it Windows or Parallels Desktop? If it is Parallels Desktop, you can find it in my.parallels.com website.
    c. You need to have Windows key for activating Windows. If it is a digital key, then you need to have a Microsoft account.
