Deleting programs from launchpad

hi,
i removed parallels VM without removing the windows program in VM first. Now VM is gone, but all the windows programs are stuck in no man's land. i can see the programs in launchpad but can't remove it. When i try to move the programs to trash, i get the following message,"The operation can't be completed because one or more required items can't be found. (Error code -43)".

appreciate any help.

Hi @clarkster , please search for Windows applications folder on your Mac and move it to trash . Once its done, please restart it and let us know if that helps.

i talked to apple support. they had me shutdown the machine and restart. that seemed to do the trick
