Desperate issue after upgrading to Windows 10

Bit poster
I upgraded to Parallels 11, then to Windows 10. Now, none of my applications work anymore - including my accounting app! I always get a message of the sort \\Mac\Home\Desktop.

Is this a wWindows problem, or a Parallels problem?
