Hello folks,
since upgrading to 19.3.x, the column for the last user of a device is no longer displayed. It also does not help to show and hide the column. If you use the advanced search, e.g. to search for the devices of user A, this does not work because the IP field is mandatory. The message "This field is mandatory and cannot be empty" is always displayed.

I suspect it is a problem with the RAS console, but maybe someone has ideas on how to solve the problem.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for reaching out. If referring to the "last user" column in the Device Manager category, this should be visible when using the desktop console, same for the search/filtering, when running latest versions. Please feel free to open support ticket https://www.parallels.com/eu/products/ras/support/ to investigate further as no changes were recorded that would effect this column/filtering.
