Different Dock Icons for Each Parallels VM

Is a way to be able to change the dock Icon for each VM Parallel is running? What about the ability to have a shortcut to each individual VM?

That would be really nice! Can't you drag the PVS file into the dock? they are what launch the VM anyway, and you could COMMAND-I to change the icon. Not sure if it will work, but worth a try.
 
The answer

So the answer to the question is Yes and No. You can change the icon of the PVS file and you can put it in your dock, but only on the right side (the document shortcut side) not on the left side (the application side). It won't modify the parallels icon in your dock, where you'll still have one for each instance of parallels.
