Difficulty backing up system information

Hi, I asked my system to back up today. After selecting the drive and selecting disk and connecting the hard drive I selected, I received a message that the hard drive should be removed (I do not mean its information). It did not come up and Lee is displayed in disk utility k and in the info section it shows owners dicable, please help me, thank you
