DirectX 10 Support in the Future?

Doing some dev work with Parallels with a Windows Guest and one of the requirements is having a computer with DirectX 10 Support.

* Windows Phone Emulator requires a DirectX 10 capable graphics card with a WDDM 1.1 driver

Any possibility for future support?
