disable automatically connect USB?

Hello - does anyone know if it's possible to disable to message box which pops up asking if i want to automatically connect a USB device to windows?

I plug in and unplug my phone frequently, and each time, parallels asks if I want to automatically connect it to that - and I never do, so would like to disable that message. is that possible?
