Disable Caps Lock Delay

It's very annoying when I have to press caps lock 2, 4 or 5 times because I tap quickly. I'm a competent typist having been programming since the late 1970's. I located a project on GitHub that provide the source code to perform this action. Luckily it is covered by the MIT license, so only required to include the credits/license in the about box.
