Disable detected Monitors

    If the Mac detects a Monitor it is used. Sometime a screen is shared and you don't want to plug out the cables.
    So the screen is in use and app my start on this screen, but you can't see it because the screen shows a different input signal.
    Also if you have screens connected and don't want to use the MacBook screen, but want to leave it open do use Touch ID or the touchpad.
