I'm having a problem with an app on Windows 10 where it will not connect to a device. I found if I add the boot flag "video.metal=0" the problem is resolved. My question is what are the implications of this boot flag/disabling metal on the VM? I searched for this and not able to find what the impacts are, only responses indicating it resolves some graphics related issues. I am using Parallels Desktop 16.1.2 if it matters.
