Disable SIP on big sur guest

    How can I disable SIP when I have big sur as a guest?
    The old method of changing the boot-argument seems not working anymore.
    How can I modify the emulated NVRAM directly and control it's values?

    Vmware allow you to change the nvram file - do parallels don't have the same option???
