We need to disable the automatic renewal of a Parallels Desktop subscription purchased by our company.
The renewal/payment emails are received at our company email address, but the Parallels license appears to be registered under a different Parallels account, probably belonging to a former employee. Therefore, the subscription does not appear in our Parallels account and we cannot disable automatic renewal.
