Disabling auto startup

I only need to use parallels occasionally now and don't want it to start up automatically when OSX starts. I went to my user account to uncheck it there but it's not in the startup list. I set the VM to "never". It still starts up automatically.

OSX 10.6.8 with Parallels 7. How can I disable auto startup?
