Disabling CMD+TAB Inside VM

This might seem like an odd request, but is there any way to disable the CMD+TAB OS X application switcher when viewing my VM in full screen? (not using OS X full screen)

Reason being, I simply like to keep my Windows VM as locked down as possible so I don't loose focus on my work.
